A total of 580 met chefs and sommeliers who came from different parts of the country, such as Los Cabos, Cancun, Monterrey, etc. The Mexican photographer Virro Borja took the photo from a helicopter. With this event was declared January 26th as "National Day of the chef." The photo is the cover of the forthcoming book, entitled "Chefs Sommeliers: Who's Who in the kitchens of Mexico," with the personal file of the best representatives of the food in our country.
