El Lago de los Cisnes en Chapultepec / The Swan Lake in Chapultepec Woods (03-05)

El Lago de los Cisnes constituye sin duda el ballet más conocido y popular del mundo por su concepción, su admirable coreografía y la música de Piotr Ilich Tchaikovski. La pieza original de esta obra se estrenó en el Teatro Bolshoi, de Moscú, en 1877, donde, sin embargo, no fue bien recibido. No obstante, en 1895, con la nueva coreografía de Lev Ivanov y Marius Petipá, logró un gran éxito en el Teatro Marinsky, de San Petersburgo, también en Rusia.

Swan Lake is undoubtedly the best known and most popular ballet in the world for its design, wonderful choreography and the music of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. The original part of this work was premiered at the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow in 1877, where, however, was not well received. However, in 1895, with new choreography by Lev Ivanov and Marius Petipa, achieved great success in the Marinsky Theater, St. Petersburg, in Russia.
