En el evento también se aprovechó para la presentación del primer libro-guía de Chefs y Sommeliers México, en cuyas páginas se encuentra la foto histórica de los 570 chefs y sommeliers que se dieron cita el día 26 de Enero en el Ángel de la Independencia para establecer el record Guinness y cuya foto estuvo a cargo de Virro Borja.
The event also was used for the presentation of the first book-chefs and sommeliers Mexico guide, in whose pages is the historic photo of the 570 chefs and sommeliers who gathered on January 26th at the Independence Angel to set the Guinness record and whose photo was in charge of Virro Borja.
