Toluca en el estado de Mèxico se ha vuelto famosa por su quema de Judas, la cual es auspiciada por el Instituto Mexiquense de Cultura y el Museo Nishisawa. En la Entrega de Premios de este año no estuvo presente el pintor Luis Nishisawa, pero asistiò en su lugar el embajador de Japòn en Mèxico.
