A la salida del Templo de la Cuevita el actor que representa a Jesùs monta un burro blanco y parte por las principales calles de la delegaciòn Iztapalapa seguido , por los nazarenos y precedido por la imà gen del Señor de la Cuevita. Todo esto se lleva a cabo ante un fuerte dispositivo que evita que la gente se acerque al actor, sobre todo los fotògrafos.
