En el Palacio del Ayuntamiento, que se construyó sobre las ruinas de la Gran Tenochtitlán, los españoles erigieron la sede del Ayuntamiento de la Ciudad de México. La representación es llevada con la guía de tres personajes importantes: Don Carlos de Sigüenza y Góngora, El Virrey Revillagigedo y la Güera Rodriguez.
