Si ya eligió el mole de su preferencia, entonces podrá visitar algunos de los negocios provisionales donde se preparan platillos con o sin mole: conejo, pollo, pavo, acompañado de ricas tortillas hechas a mano de maíz blanco, rojo , azul e incluso tortillas con harina de nopal.

If you chose the mole that you prefer , then you will be able to visit some of the provisional businesses where dishes with or without mole are prepared: rabbit, turkey, chicken , accompanied by delicious tortillas made of white, red, blue maize are prepared by hand and even tortillas with nopal flour.
