La inauguración del evento se llevó a cabo en el Hemiciclo a Juárez con la participación de autoridades del Distrito Federal como: La Secretaria de Cultura,Lic. Elena Cepeda de León y el Secretario de Turismo del D.F. Alejandro Rojas, asà como la participación del fotógrafo canadiense Gregory Colbert, el cual con su museo nómada, al cual han asistido 4 millones 250 visitantes.
The inauguration of the event was held at the Juarez Hemicle with the participation of officers of the Federal District as: The Culture Secretary,Elena Cepeda de León and the Tourism Secretary Alejandro Rojas, as well as the participation of Canadian photographer Gregory Colbert, who with his nomadic museum, which have assisted 4 million 250 visitors.
