Desde muy temprano en la mañ¡®¡ la gente se alistaba a presenciar el tradicional desfile militar del 16 de Septiembre, y los vendedores tenÃan todo lo necesario para crear el ambiente festivo.
From very early in the morning people one got ready to be present at the traditional military parade of the September 16th, and the peddlers had all the necessary one to create a festive atmosphere.
